Job Title: BD Manager – Software Solution APAC
Report to: Global Sales VP
Responsibilities:
- As an individual contributor, this role needs to work independently to promote software solutions to target customers, including prospecting, project negotiation and closing
- As software solution sales leader, the role needs to work with sales team proactively, to motivate and support them to promote software solutions to all potential customers, generate leads and chasing all
- Work with Marketing team to promote software products with most effective activities, including but not limited to seminars, trade shows, webinars and digital
- Work closely with product manager to provide best technical solution to meet customer requirement, get training, provide VOC and so
- Coordinate and communicate with various internal resources in Pre-sales, Contracts and Post-Sales.
- Submit business report and sales forecast on time, update the information in CRM system.
Qualifications:
Must to have
- Bachelor or Master majoring in automation, software engineering or Pharmaceutical related.
- At least 5 years direct software solution selling experience with track records, MES or LIMS selling experience is highly preferred.
- Work experience in Aseptic drug manufactures is a plus.
- Good skills on selling to Executives.
- Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
- The demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle with significant business and technical
- Good English communications in both oral and written.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Results driven, energetic, resourceful and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and willing to learn.
Nice to have
- International work experience in APAC.
- Experience using common sales and business tools: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
